6.   GSE-LACRALO Capacity Building Webinars 20'   – Alberto Soto – Humberto Carrasco   

- Habrá webinar mensual a partir de la última semana de febrero o primera semana de marzo hasta el mes de Junio 2015. Será interactivo y al finalizar habrá una encuesta a completar electrónicamente.

- Los primeros temas serán:  GAC y el usuario individual de Internet;  Whois;  (y 1 temas más)

- Futuro Objetivo: Obtener una certificación de alguna Universidad dentro de nuestra Región. Futuro convenio.

- Se está tratando la entrega Diplomas por parte de ICANN, cada tres webinars.
