When ICANN discusses Zoom on upcoming At-Large Technology Working Group calls, what should we ask them? Submit your questions on this wiki page!

If people signed up for the free zoom account will they be able to continue to see the chats after the call?  Can they continue chatting on a specific topic after the call?  (submitted by Judith Hellerstein )

How can a person using a screen reader access the content on the shared screen in Zoom? --Muhammad Shabbir.

One solution is that speakers also share the content that they are about to share through zoom screen sharing, with the participants through a link or using content sharing option in zoom.

GNSO calls have the host using two screens that are shared and in the desktop version you can switch between these screens but it seems the mobile app does not allow for screen switching. Is there a way to allow mobile viewers to see both screens and toggle.  If not, when will this be changed? Judith Hellerstein

If not, perhaps the agenda can be shared in a different manner so people on mobile can see the main shared screen. Judith Hellerstein

Can the participants list be a pop out section so that speakers can see the raised hands section when they are sharing their screens Judith Hellerstein

Will the Speakers be able to see the order that hands are raised in Zoom ricardo.holmquist I was under the impression this was fixed for ICANN's version of Zoom (the raised hands will be shown in the order that they were raised). It has not been fixed for generic versions of Zoom. satish.babu

I have a generic comment to make: while comparing Zoom feature-by-feature with Adobe Connect is fine, we must remember that AC is an older platform, and that we should compare Zoom with the latest generation of web conferencing tools and not just AC. satish.babu
