- Evan Leibovitch: At least in NARALO, there is a confusion on the term "SoI". It is being used for both "Statement of (conflicts of) Interest" as well as "statement of interest (in a leadership position, ie self-nomination)"
- Evan Leibovitch: Alan is exactly correct. This is what happens is that when the Board and Staff operate in a bubble removed from the rest of the community.
- Evan Leibovitch: If I was aware that this would be an extenstion of the attitude that led to the cancellation of the Friday Board meetings, I would not have been supportive of that action
- Evan Leibovitch: Sorry. I did not mean to infer that the Board deliberately intended to be opaque in its move, However it should have anticipated that this would have been a consequence

- Evan Leibovitch: I would also note that Board agrendas have traditionally been opaque (the applicant support WG did not know when or how the Board would be discussing its issues until the decision was taken in Trondheim. So not the opaqueness is simply being extended from the agenda to the meeting itself.
- Heidi Ullrich: AI: OCL to write letter (cc'd to AC/SO leadership) enquiring regarding the decision to not hold face-to-face Board meetings in July and August.

- Evan Leibovitch: I am still on the record as stating -- and in fact more adamantly than ever, having seen its work -- that the CCCI work is an UTTER WATE OF TIME
- Evan Leibovitch: I believe that 6, 7 and 8 should be done in parallel as breakout groups. That would allow each group to give the time they need, allow leadership to develop expertise in areas of inrterest, and shorten the overall time load
- Cheryl Langdon-Orr: capacity building WG discussion is a decision for the ALAC meeting but could be given co text on Sun
