RESOLVED [00.20] that the Board adopts the proposed Independent Review Policy as amended, and directs that it be attached to these minutes as Attachment A.

- This Board Resolution is based on the NSI registry and registrar agreements that were adopted in Los Angeles on 28 September 1999, which introduced additional responsibilities for the Independent Review Panel.
- The Independent Review Policy adopted by this resolution was established under the ICANN bylaws in effect before 15 December 2002. On that date, new ICANN bylaws went into effect that contemplate a different independent review procedure than described in this policy.
