As part of the community travel support guidelines update and feedback, one of the goals was to simplify things for the community and to decrease the amount of friction in communication and access to us. In response, we’ve created a new email address, travelsupport@icann.org to replace constituency-travel@icann.org. We will be using the new email address moving forward. Travelers can still communicate to us using the old email address; however, we will contacting travelers using the new email address moving forward.
