  Julf Helsingius: (12:57) Good evening

Herb Waye Ombuds: (12:58) Hello everyone

George Sadowsky: (12:59) Please, I am prohibited from joining the conversation and speaking.  Please change my settings.

Julf Helsingius: (13:00) Avri: was that a heavy sigh?

Brenda Brewer: (13:00) George, I have nothing blocking you today.  Please log in again to Adobe if possible.

  Julf Helsingius: (13:01) urgh

George Sadowsky: (13:01) OK, logging off and re-entering.

Julf Helsingius: (13:01) Only my second call today, and it is only 8pm here...

Bernard Turcotte Staff Support: (13:01) having audio issues will re log in

George Sadowsky: (13:02) Thx Brenda, back in and can join with microphone operational

Bernard Turcotte Staff Support: (13:02) audio seems down for me can anyone talk for a sound check?

Cheryl Langdon-Orr (CLO): (13:02) the call my phone option is failing again!

Cheryl Langdon-Orr (CLO): (13:04) only through the AC which is not optimal am brings in echo

Brenda Brewer: (13:05) This adobe room is being rebuilt after this call.

Brenda Brewer: (13:05) Apologies for the AC issues.

Herb Waye Ombuds: (13:05) sorry not my jurisdiction... Adobe is on its own

Cheryl Langdon-Orr (CLO): (13:06) really an issue I trust It is addressing it urgently Brenda and

Cheryl Langdon-Orr (CLO): (13:06) Jordan try to speak up a bit

Julf Helsingius: (13:07) @Brenda: rebuilt, bit by bit?

Brenda Brewer: (13:08) fingers crossed complete overhaul!!!

Jordan Carter: (13:10) I don't mind if that happens at this stage Cheryl, tho I would welcome that wider read

Jordan Carter: (13:11) it's just about a different method of working, I think - very solveable

Cheryl Langdon-Orr (CLO): (13:12) pointing them is fine getting them to look/read and analysing the docs another matter all together

Cheryl Langdon-Orr (CLO): (13:12) point well made Alan

Cheryl Langdon-Orr (CLO): (13:12)  a cultural change is needed

George Sadowsky: (13:13) I htink that Jordan is correct

  Cheryl Langdon-Orr (CLO): (13:13) True...  but...... ...

  Jeff Neuman: (13:14) I can :)

Jeff Neuman: (13:14) I am sneding to the group on e-mail shortly.

Jordan Carter: (13:15) I really think that a focus on id'ing prolems and working up solutions is much more useful

Jordan Carter: (13:15) i'm just sorry we got to that method change late

Jordan Carter: (13:15) Alan - yes, it is, but I was using it as a "contrast" with this

Jordan Carter: (13:16) great context / useful

Jordan Carter: (13:16) and it has to be OK for it to be that, right

Jordan Carter: (13:16) as opposed to "omg staff capture"

Greg Shatan: (13:17) Alan's discussion highlights the kind of "deeper dive" we need to do as we narrow our focus from the meta-analysis of the first iteration.

  Jordan Carter: (13:17) yup

  Cheryl Langdon-Orr (CLO): (13:17) indeed

Jordan Carter: (13:19) i have a hard stop quite shortly

Jordan Carter: (13:19) (I have to speak at a seminar about the transition!)

Greg Shatan: (13:20) That old thing?

Jordan Carter: (13:20) "Proposes solutions to resolve those problems or mechanisms that could resolve them as they arise from time to time"

Jeff Neuman: (13:22) I just sent the e-mail.  Please let me know if you all get it.  Bernie - are you on that list and will you get the copy?

Jordan Carter: (13:22) the effect of the change would be, overall, to get us focused on the issues raised or identified, and solutuons, or ways to prevent recurrance

Jordan Carter: (13:22) (the change of scope, that is)

Greg Shatan: (13:22) WS2 is supposed to use Stress Tests, just like WS1.

  Jordan Carter: (13:22) thanks all

  Jordan Carter: (13:23) great feedback

Jordan Carter: (13:23) it feels like a more solid direction to be going

Cheryl Langdon-Orr (CLO): (13:23) all good

Jordan Carter: (13:23) Jeff - your letter is on the list

Jordan Carter: (13:23) I will work with Avri to finalise the text and send it in

Cheryl Langdon-Orr (CLO): (13:23) thanks Jeff

Jeff Neuman: (13:24) Thanks.....it was a challenge getting this to you

  Julf Helsingius: (13:24) Thanks, Avri!

Jeff Neuman: (13:24) Please let me know if you have any questions on the letter
