      1. Empower our current members to conduct outreach activities to engage potential members by using:
         1. Social Media Techniques
         2. the Community Regional Outreach Program (CROP)
         3. Webinars or small groups
         4. Speaking at related events and promoting NARALO and At Large
         5. Others
      2. Engage current and new members by Inviting them to perform snippet work for the region in groups such as: (Ideal: No repetition of members in groups)
         1. 1. NARALO Metrics Working Group
            2. NARALO Social Media Working Group
            3. NARALO Monthly Webinar Curation Working Group
            4. NARALO Promotions Working Group
            5. Others
      3. Encourage membership participation in other At-Large/ALAC groups as well as other organizations outside ICANN remit
         1. 1. ARIN, IETF, ISOC, Etc.

      1. Empowerment

         1. User Guide on techniques on how to use Social Media for Outreach and Engagement

         1. Creation of NARALO Working Groups (max three people per group )
         2. Validation of group charters
         3. Validation of group reporting frequency
         4. Naming of leaders and group members

         1. List of validated At-Large/ALAC for participation
         2. Naming of members disposed to participate per group or organization
