  Glenn McKnight: (16:28) A  cheap option is   Natural  Reader  to  provide  audio to papers, policies  etc
  Glenn McKnight: (16:29) MIT, Boston and  Yale  all got  sued  for lack of  captioning.  Last year  Target  settled a 8 million lawsuit
