Chris Gift: (16:03) I'm a big fan of NTEN.

Glenn McKnight: (16:04) He can join us from an organizer point of view
Glenn McKnight: (16:04) It was tough for SIngapore for him
Nathalie Peregrine: (16:04) Cory Schruth is the main organizer
Glenn McKnight: (16:05) @ Dev it's a good idea to have a session on this
Chris Gift: (16:05) I think there is a lag
Dev Anand Teelucksingh: (16:05) https://icann-community.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/atlarge/pages/99555633/How+to+get+email+notifications+whenever+the+At-Large+Community+updates+the+wiki

Nathalie Peregrine: (16:09) FYI, Adigo say there is no lag on the phone, only perceived from the AC room, if you continue to experience this, please log out of the AC room and log back in again
Dev Anand Teelucksingh: (16:09) ATLAS II recommendations for TTF : https://icann-community.atlassian.net/wiki/display/atlarge/Post+ATLAS+II+items+for+TTF
Glenn McKnight: (16:13) In the case of IEEE we use IEEE MGA vTools
Glenn McKnight: (16:13) Here is a link to a presentation for IEEE
Glenn McKnight: (16:13) http://sites.ieee.org/vtools/vtools-meeting-tutorials/
Glenn McKnight: (16:14) Nice to the mind map of the User Interactions
Glenn McKnight: (16:14) This fits our TTF Show and tell tools
Glenn McKnight: (16:20) @ Chris i did a proposal to FBSC for the creation of EPUBs
Glenn McKnight: (16:21) NTEN has some very good sessions on how to sessions on website testing
Heidi Ullrich: (16:22) An ICANN wide on-boarding process would be very useful! Great idea
Glenn McKnight: (16:23) The single sign on should be intelligent so that the end user's OS/Device and abilities( disabilities) etc
Dev Anand Teelucksingh: (16:23) Single Sign on would be crucial to manage the users for the various services
Glenn McKnight: (16:24) A selection process that helps the endusers tailor the infomation to their needs
Glenn McKnight: (16:28) A cheap option is Natural Reader to provide audio to papers, policies etc
Glenn McKnight: (16:29) MIT, Boston and Yale all got sued for lack of captioning. Last year Target settled a 8 million lawsuit
Chris Gift: (16:29) Glen, please keep sending the ideas and technologies our way. Very helpful.
Glenn McKnight: (16:29) Olivier audio is poor, its an example where captioning would be helpful
Glenn McKnight: (16:29) He has background noise or via a cell phone
Olivier Crepin-Leblond: (16:31) I can hear you all perfectly :-)
Glenn McKnight: (16:31) Is the noise from you?
Olivier Crepin-Leblond: (16:35) the background music was but I am muted
Dev Anand Teelucksingh: (16:35) https://icann-community.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/atlarge/pages/99625006/Group+Chat should be added to this
Glenn McKnight: (16:36) The problem is Information vs Knowlege
Glenn McKnight: (16:36) We need proper metatagging
Heidi Ullrich: (16:36) +1 Olivier ;)
Gordon Chillcott: (16:36) Another little problem is tracking the teams themselves as they appear, produce and break up.
Chris Gift: (16:37) Agreed on all these ideas
Glenn McKnight: (16:38) https://vine.co/
Chris Gift: (16:39) Interesting re: video clips.
Chris Gift: (16:39) We use Slack!
Glenn McKnight: (16:39) SLACK had a review in NYTIMES recently
Chris Gift: (16:39) within IT and Product Mgmt teams
Chris Gift: (16:39) I love it
Chris Gift: (16:39) best tool ever
Olivier Crepin-Leblond: (16:39) Frankly I do not even know if software exists for what we need - this really is going into the core of the active multistakeholder operational system.
Glenn McKnight: (16:39) We used it for Social media in LONDON
Glenn McKnight: (16:40) CHUNKING is a good term
Chris Gift: (16:40) @Olivier. Very true. There is no one service. Which is why we have to fashion our own.
Glenn McKnight: (16:41) Next topic link
Glenn McKnight: (16:41) https://icann-community.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/atlarge/pages/99603069/Show+and+Tell+Technology+Suggestions
Dev Anand Teelucksingh: (16:42) There are also integrations (e.g https://slack.com/integrations )- so in theory various services could be integrated with group chats to create process workflows
Glenn McKnight: (16:43) API are very importnat tor integration to Facebook and Mobile
Glenn McKnight: (16:44) I spoke with Steve Allison about this in Austin
Dev Anand Teelucksingh: (16:47) https://icann-community.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/lacstrtgy/pages/113476133/Existing+ICANN+Stakeholders+from+LAC+region
