Action Items Summary:

• ACTION: group to clarify question to be asked to IANA re: technical checks

• ACTION: Berry to prepare timeline of milestones based on RFP3 for the draft that will go out on Monday
• ACTION: all - comment on Steve Del Bianco's stress tests
• Volunteers for draft language to include in RFP4: Olivier Crepin-Leblond and Avri Doria
• ACTION: all -- add “questions to consider” for draft
• ACTION: ask full CWG when to reconvene. RFP4 wants to know when to reconvene to go over comments

There was a call earlier this week (Tuesday).

Follow up on Action Items:

• Staff: reached out to IANA, but ICANN is closed for Thanksgiving holiday so no response yet
• Review of the document that was published on Wednesday, specifically RFP3 since RFP4 is dependent on RFP3.

Develop questions to accompany RFP4 for the community to address in Public Comment period.

Status of Cooperative Agreement: this is not in scope of the CWG. This is something the NTIA will address.

 ACTION: Include a timeline of milestones based on RFP3 for the draft that will go out on Monday (Berry Cobb will prepare one for group)

Flowcharts will be included as an Annex in the draft.

List of potential threats/scenarios could be added to consideration for Point 4.

1. Are there additional operational requirements that would be needed that are not in the current contract?
