Before the implementation of ICANN Org Planning Department will conduct a pilot between March – April to test the draft framework with the community.
Action
The Planning Team is seeking feedback on the design of the Framework from all SOACs. For the GNSO community, the remit of the GNSO Council’s Standing Committee on Budget & Operations (SCBO) is very limited, such that it does not have the authority to represent the full interests of the GNSO community. The Planning Team engages directly with the GNSO SG/C leaders and their designated representatives for this particular feedback opportunity, facilitated by Policy staff via the GNSO-SG-C-leadership@icann.org mailing list.
