Posterous Spaces (https://posterous.com/ ) is a web service that offers the ability to create "spaces" to share text, links, photos or videos with everyone (similiar to a public blog) or to select persons. Posterous offers It offers the ability to update such "spaces" directly via email and have such content autoposted to several web blog sites (eg. WordPress, Drupal, Blogger) and Social Media sites like Facebook and Twitter. So with one email, content can be sent to Posterous, Twitter, Facebook and to the At-Large Website (which runs Drupal).
However Posterous was recently acquired by Twitter and it is unclear not clear what Twitter will do with Posterous Posterous Spaces service.
