Posterous Spaces

Posterous Spaces (https://posterous.com/ ) is a web service that offers the ability to create "spaces" to share text, links, photos or videos with everyone (similiar to a public blog) or to select persons.

Posterous offers the ability to update spaces directly via email and have such content autoposted to several web blog sites (eg. WordPress, Drupal, Blogger) and Social Media sites like Facebook and Twitter.

However Posterous was recently acquired by Twitter and it is unclear what Twitter will do with Posterous
