  • Agenda adopted
  • Nancy Lupiano, ICANN Meetings Team, has found an offsite venue for the Academy. This option is slightly cheaper, even including transportation. 
  • There is support for the offsite option.
  • There is also support for an onsite option (more time, more participation).
  • A sub-WG needs to be established after aproval by the Programme Committee. 
  • The issue of the English language at the Academy was raised. 
  • There was agreement on the dates of the program: 3 days before an ICANN meeting from Wed-Fri, with the option for an wrap up after the ICANN meeting
  • The group should consider information drafted for the Fellowship Program.
  • Outreach is to be started before the Costa Rica meeting.
