Summary of recommendation: ICANN should strengthen its translation and interpretation processes.

  • Near-term changes will be proposed to processes needed for increased policy engagement dependent on the availability of translations.
  • A Translation Policy will be implemented (either as adminitrative initative or with Board approval, as determined).
