I am Journalist. I have some experience on Internet Governance, I am an IG researcher and also was fellowship in South IG School, I was benefited by Diplomacy on IG courses from Foundation through Advanced (focus on Cybersecurity). I am currently a fellowship on IT Master from Universidad de los Andes.
I have worked as e-government consultant in my country.
