Survey Macro for Ranking

This is a test to see how the Survey Macro might be used Ranking items, e.g., a set of candidates. 

Let's say that we have 5 Candidates and we want to rank them from 1 to 5. The choices, then, are 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, and 5th. Voters would be instructed to only use one ranking slot per candidate; however, the macro DOES NOT force compliance which means that two candidates could be given the same rank.
