Carlos Dionisio Aguirre y abogados de LACRALO en coordinación con el liderazgo de LACRALO deberán mandar una comunicación a LACRALO mailing list respecto a la convocatoria de la Asamblea con anticipación para elegir a las Autoridades de la Asamblea de acuerdo al artículo 11.3 de las Reglas de Procedimiento. Luego de elegidas las autoridades se pasa a un cuarto intermedio hasta el dia que se reúnen en Cancún. y se retoman las actividades con las autoridades ya elegidas en Febrero.
Carlos Dionisio Aguirre and attorneys in LACRALO, in coordination with LACRALO’s leadership will prepare a message to LACRALO mailing list regarding election of the Assembly authorities, as stated Article 11.3 of LACRALO Rules of procedure, in advance of the Cancun meeting. After the Authorities are elected, there is a recess until Cancun’s meeting.
vanda , claire.craig and organizing Committee meeting members to establish a criteria to allocate any remaining travel slots available after the Survey deadline.
Yesim Saglam and Claudia Ruiz will create a mailing list entitled LACRALO GA 2022 so all organizing committee members can use it for communications.
Claudia Ruiz will schedule the next call for Monday 14 at 23 for 90 mins. All the OC calls shall be for 90 minutes.

The Organizing committees were formed as follows:

vanda claire.craig to confirm that the General Assembly will be held on March 13 and March 14.
Program Committee: Juan Rojas ; vanda ; sergio.salinasporto and Harold Arcos . The Program committee will consider topics on Individual acceptance process, if there is time, debate on metrics. Other activities suggested : invite Nico, new GAC Chait and Leon Sanchez, topic Universal Acceptance with Mark Datysgel (LACRALO GNSO member and Sylvia Herlein Leite from LACRALO UA WG.
