Managing risk, governance, and operational priorities while aligning business, legal, and technological considerations. As requested, in this SOI, according to the SPIRT Charter, and according to the previous SPIRT meetings statements, that required additional clarification for continued participation, I therefore clarify further and disclose that I am not in any way, to my personal knowledge, associated with an application for a new gTLD string in the current round. This includes being an employee, consultant, outside advisor (including legal), or any other association with the applicant, a back-end TLD operator and/or any other service provider in the new gTLD Program. I therefore agree to disclose, on a regular and ongoing basis, whether I am or would be employed by, under contract with, have a financial interest in, or will provide consulting, financial, legal or other services to any new gTLD applicant, objector, or commenter. This information will be documented in the SOI (most probably in 11b, which already structurally covers current affiliation or representation points, and that would therefore imply certain COI for individual participation, according to standard references and definitions within law, governance, and policy-making) and will be updated whenever changes occur so the team can remain informed.
