I am participating in the SPIRT program to contribute to the evolution of ICANN’s policy implementation processes, particularly in ensuring transparency, accountability, and operational clarity. My background in procurement oversight and cybersecurity equips me to offer insights into risk mitigation, stakeholder coordination, and internal control frameworks. I am especially interested in enhancing the effectiveness of post-policy implementation reviews and supporting the continuous improvement of ICANN’s multistakeholder model.

I am an active contributor to community-led initiatives focused on digital governance and capacity building in West Africa. I have collaborated with local organizations to promote cybersecurity awareness and professional development, and I am committed to supporting ICANN’s mission through inclusive, context-aware participation.
