Who will go from the Outreach SC and ALAC as per the Outreach and Engagement proposal

As per the ICANN FY18 budget request for At-Large Outreach to be funded at IGF 2017, one must be from the ALAC Outreach and Engagement SC and one from the ALAC.

Travelers select should:

• work together to commit to the following Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare At-Large Outreach booth at IGF venue each morning - bringing the At-Large materials (brochures, etc) and/or equipment to the booth.

  • Secure At-Large Outreach booth at IGF venue each evening - at the end of each day, secure all At-Large materials and/or equipment. This may mean taking the materials back to their room and bringing it back in the morning.

  • Coordinate the At-Large Booth Volunteers at IGF2017 to be at the At-Large Booth. There should always be someone at the At-Large Booth throughout the day.

  • Be present for at least 2 hours at the At-Large Booth each day.

  • Keep contacts of names and emails of interested persons/organisations for followup communications by At-Large.

  • Do a Lightning presentation about ICANN At-Large. At IGF, there is a space where anyone can present on a topic.

  • Produce a report, post event within 30 days - requires documenting activities each day with photos and/or short videos. This needs to be submitted to the ALAC SC on O&E and ultimately to ICANN.

• be listed as a speaker at a IGF panel session to build awareness and do cross promotion of At-Large.
