Radio - World Association for Community Radio Broadcasters (AMARC) - AMARC is an international non-governmental organization serving the community radio movement, with almost 4 000 members and associates in 130 countries. They are focused on conveying "development" information to communities and a strong player in the ICT for Development movement.
  2. List of accredited media entities from WSIS 2003-2005. You will find quite a few media entities from developing countries here, some of them quite unconventional. The Swiss Government, specifically the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation, SECCO and possibly ITU might have this list if it is not available to the public. Best person to ask for leads would be Markus Kummer, former IGF Executive Secretary, who generally attends ICANN meetings.
