Participants are expected to take the following ICANN Learn Courses:

  • Introduction to ICANN

  • DNS Fundamentals

  • Root Server System Essentials

  • Introduction to Universal Acceptance (UA)

 

Participants are also expected to attend the following live webinars:

  • How the Internet Works (Recording | )

  • DNS 101 (Recording | )

  • DNS Abuse: Threats and Mitigation (Recording | )

  • UA: Email Address Internationalization (EAI) ( )

  • UA: Universal Acceptance for Java Developers (Recording | )

  • DNS Ecosystem Security (Recording | )

 

The training program will conclude with 2 X 2-days in-person workshops; one on DNS Operations and another on Email Address Internationalization (EAI).
