Carlton Samuels made a point of order at the begining of the call. regarding translation issues

 Procedure was agreed to be :

  1. WG shall receive comments  until the end of the comment period 06 June
  • Governance WG with humberto.carrasco assistance shall take the comments received and will prepare a final document explaining what comments have been taken into account and what have not.

3. Finally the document will be translated into 3 languages EN, PT, ES and will be open for vote
