Cheryl Langdon-Orr has been involved with ICANN since its earliest days. She has served in a number of capacities in several parts of our Multistakeholder Community over this time including several Leadership roles and has contributed to many aspects of the work of ICANN ranging from GNSO policy development processes, to ICANN-wide organizational reviews, and ICANN org operations, finance and budgeting matters. Satish Babu is an At-Large Advisory Committee (ALAC) Member representing the Asian, Australasian and Pacific Islands Regional At-Large Organization (APRALO) and a former Chair of APRALO. He is the ALAC Liaison to the Universal Acceptance Steering Group (UASG) and the Co-Chair of the At-Large IDN WG. He represented ALAC on the IDN Implementation Guidelines 4.0 WG that worked during 2015-2018 and also represents ALAC on the EPDP on IDNs. He is based out of India and volunteers in multiple organizations including ICANN At-Large, Internet Society, IEEE and the Computer Society of India. He is an open source advocate and the founding Director of the International Center for Free and Open Source Software (ICFOSS) of the Government of Kerala, India. | |
Jennifer Chung is the Director of Corporate Knowledge for DotAsia Organization. Ms. Chung represents .Asia Registry in the multistakeholder bottom-up policy development processes in the Registry Stakeholder Group at ICANN. She works on Internationalized Domain Names policies, previously as part of the CJK coordination for Label Generation Rules for the Han script, and currently on the ICANN IDN Expedited Policy Development Process (IDN EPDP) which will make policy recommendations on the definition and management of IDN variant Top Level Domains. | |
Yien Chyn Tan is currently a Stakeholder Engagement Director at ICANN. She engages with the community in the Asia Pacific (APAC) region and facilitates their participation in ICANN’s multistakeholder Internet governance discussions. Yien Chyn joined ICANN in May 2016. Prior to her current role, she was with ICANN’s Contractual Compliance Team. | |
Einas Al Shaikh is the International Relations Manager at the Telecommunications Regulatory Authority of Oman, where she leads the development and implementation of international telecommunications policies and represents Oman in global forums. With over a decade of experience in strategic planning and human capital development, she brings a wealth of expertise in aligning organizational goals with international engagement. Einas was selected as an ICANN82 Fellow, reflecting her commitment to supporting global internet governance and multistakeholder collaboration. | |
Kristina Hakobyan is an advisor to the Representation of Armenia in the Governmental Advisory Committee (GAC) of ICANN since 2019 and a Vice Chair of “Internet Society” NGO, Director of “Internet Technology Center” Ltd and Board member of “Internet Society” NGO since 2019. Kristina Has been working on domain name registration since 2010. She Head of staff of “Internet Technology Center” Ltd from 2020, Director of the same Company from 2022.Participated in many local and international events, as well as has been the co-organizer of a number of events ArmSIG, N2Forum, Girls in ICT since 2019.Multiple participants of ICANN and RIPE NCC Fellowship programs.
