ICANN will hold its 66th International Public Meeting between Saturday, 2 November and Thursday, 7 November 2019 in Montreal.

The ICANN At-Large Advisory Committee (ALAC) along with the At-Large community will hold the third At-Large Summit (ATLAS III) at ICANN66 Montréal between Monday, 4 November to Thursday, 7 November 2019.

Sixty At-Large Community members were selected to be eligible for travel support following a rigorous application process.
ATLAS III will be an assembly of the future leaders of At-Large, focused on developing and nurturing their abilities to become thought leaders and change agents who will effectively implement what has resulted from the At-Large Review Process.
