This APRALO ROP Sub-Team meeting is for the 'Scope and Charter Drafting (Sub) Team. Other Sub Teams of the APRALO ROP Work Group exist and may meet separately.

In this initial APRALO ROP-WG Scope and Charter Sub Team (SC-ST) meeting there will be an open form introduction and discussion as to:-

what needs to be drafted and where any precedents, examples (within ICANN) and relevant references can be found to aid in the production of a "scope" for the activities and purpose of the APRALO Rules Review Working Group.
opportunity for clarification on what is meant by the terms 'Scope' and 'Charter' (one working definition of 'Charter' for example might be a "... ... mandate and time line or work plan for the WG and its activities, which can then be ratified by the RALO... ..." but other approaches will be discussed and considered.
proposed time lines for the SC-ST and the wider Work Groups activities.
tools or resources required.
any other business

From this initial meeting it is expected that early drafting of some text by the Co-Pen holders for this ST can more effectively commence.
