Release 1.7.1 is a bug fix release. Fixed bugs include:

* {rt 4085} correct some issues related to symlink between public and member dirs in eventspace
** this includes sidebox failures, difficulties uploading attachments
* {rt 6990} correct switch failing when given a non-existent workspace
* {rt 7856} protect revision reversion in eventspace
* {rt 7945} correct prod to staging redirects
* {rt 6913} handle utf8 in page_name better 
* {rt 6829} be defensive when using category index (bad data can cause failure)
