This Workspace has been created as a central page on which the members of the WG on Future Challenges can collaborate a draft WG charter.  This draft charter would require approval by the ALAC -- that is, by the chartering AC.

On 26 April 2011, the ALAC made the following informal recommendations regarding the creation of this charter:

• As a starting point, the WG should review the GNSO Working Group Guidelines.
• The charter should include WG goals (many have already been discussed by the WG members by e-mail), perhaps in a mission statement section.  
• The charter should include requirements for WG performance -- perhaps these could take the form of clear target dates for milestones, which can be reported at each ALAC meeting.
