1. Updates to SOIs
2. Review and finalise Rule 7 revisions and comments/requests for input, for submission to the Plenary IOT.  For purpose of review:
   1. Redline text of the revised rule 7 against the Interim Supplementary Procedures (I realised that as we were working on the text some amendments had been accepted.  For the wider group, and the community, we need to show the changes against the current version of the Rules).
   2. Clean version of the text for ease of reference
