FY21 APRALO STRATEGY

2. Work towards the formation of new ALSes and recruitment of new individual members | Reach out to existing members as well as regional partners and the GSE team to identify potential ALSes and individual members | None required. | One of the Vice-Chairs to be mandated with membership development for leading this initiative |
Subject to travel restrictions, plan a CROP trip to one of the countries where there are no member ALSes (such as Myanmar, Laos, Cambodia etc) to reach out to local organizations and potential individual members | Either available CROP slot or funding as agreed with APAC GSE | To commence planning when COVID-19 situation has abated and global travel situation becomes predictable. | |
