Document Summary

The RSSAC reviews its operational procedures annually. This eigth version of the RSSAC Operational Procedures adds an Observer membership to the RSSAC Caucus and clarifies the new rules around ranked choice voting when selecting multiple winners. To align with the recent operational changes to the ICANN Nominating Committee, RSSAC000v8 also changes the term of the RSSAC's delegate to the NomCom's to two years, and no longer requires the RSSAC Chair to be appointed by the Board.
