Action Items 2017-01-09 Board Candidate Evaluation Committee (BCEC)

Decisions:

• julie.hammer to work with Ariel Liang on the final announcement of the Final Slate of Candidates without the participation of BCEC members 

Action Items:

• julie.hammer to incorporate the accessibility improvements point for future EoI form in the BCEC Final Report 
• julie.hammer to note the 'comment' regarding the actual effectiveness of the blind evaluation
• julie.hammer to capture the 'comment' or possible recommendation that the future BCEC should decide on their own scoring scheme for the initial evaluation round
• julie.hammer to note that future BCEC should make it clear the distinction between the ranking and scoring during the evaluation rounds, if they wish to implement similar metholody 
• julie.hammer to work with Ariel Liang to revise the templates (e.g. emails, EoI, announcements, wiki) to replace 'Candidate(s)' with 'Applicant(s)' in appropriate places 
• julie.hammer to consider working with Ariel Liang to build out 2020 BCEC wiki workspace that contains reference documents/templates after implementing recommendations made
