- Draft Agenda shall be circulated in the EURALO mailing list and posted on the GA wiki page at least 2 weeks before the GA. Comments by all are welcome.
- wolf.ludwig to invite Rinalia, Wolfgang and Alan Greenberg to be invited to speak as Guest speaker at the GA for 5 mins.
- wolf.ludwig to send the Outreach document to staff to be included in the Welcome Package.
- Networking Event will be from 18:30-20:00: Olivier Crépin-Leblond to continue looking for funding and to coordinate a concept for the event.
