A mentorship program has been prepared and 8 groups have been formed (taking into account the language and the diversity). Mentors will be current and former AFRALO leaders and experienced members as well as some volunteers. Each group is composed of 4 mentees. 6 groups have 2 mentors each, and 2 groups have only one mentor.
