How to use this template:

  1. Select the "Edit"  menu 
  2. Copy all the content to the clipboard
  3. Select the "Cancel" button at bottom-right
  4. Select the "Create" menu and generate a new page with parent page: "ATLAS II Master Action Items List"
  5. Use the following format for the page title on top: "ATLAS II Action Item #XXX" where XXX represents the action item number, e.g. 001, 002, etc. Use leading zeros for easier reading and consistency.
  6. Paste the clipboard in the page
  7. Erase these instructions
  8. Select the "Save" button at the bottom-right to save the page
  9. Now select the "Edit Content"  menu. (NOTE: Is important that you use the "Edit Content"  menu otherwise you will be editing the page that contains the macros)
  10. Change Dates and Status appropriately.
  11. Add a link in the "Reference Page:" box to the meeting page where the action item was first created. You will have to do this only the first time you create thsi page
  12. Add/Change the action item Status History. Please use the format shown in the TEMPLATE for easier reading by others, e.g. "(mm/dd/yy):" is in bold and always at the beginning of the status report for the specific date. mm= month (e.g. 01,02, etc), dd=day (e.g. 01, 02, etc) & yy=year (e.g. 13, 14, etc). Use leading zeros for easier reading and consistency
  13. Select the "Save" button at the bottom-right to save the page
  14. Check the information and edit as necessary by using the "Edit Content"  menu
