How to use this template:

  1. Select the "Edit"  menu 
  2. Select ALL and copy the content in the clipboard
  3. Create a new page with parent page: "ATLAS II Master Action Items List"
  4. Edit the newly created page and erase these instructions
  5. Save the page
  6. Now select the "Edit Content"  menu. (NOTE: Is important that you use the "Edit Content"  menu otherwise you will be editing the page that contains the macros)
  7. Change Dates and Status appropriately.
  8. Add a link in the "Reference Page:" box to the meeting page where the action item was first created
  9. Add/Change the action item Status History. Please use the format shown in the TEMPLATE for easier reading by others, e.g. "(mm/dd/yy):" is in bold and always at the beginning of the status report for the specific date. mm= month (e.g. 01,02, etc), dd=day (e.g. 01, 02, etc) & yy=year (e.g. 13, 14, etc)
