APRALO Rules of Procedure (ROPs) state state the following requirement to select the unaffiliated individuals representative:
27. 5.2.6 All unaffiliated individuals (treated as a group) will be responsible for selecting their representative (when required to from time to time and or to contribute to the Regional General Assembly)

As part of the 2019 ALAC and RALO Elections, Selections and Appointments, the Unaffiliated Individual Members of APRALO need to elect an Individual Member Representative (at present, it is Ms. Justine Chew from Malaysia who is the APRALO Individual Member Representative).
The main responsibility of the APRALO Individual Member Representative is to vote on behalf of Individual Members, if there are any votes held during the year. No travel or other responsibilities/rights are associated with this role.
We would also like to take this opportunity to confirm that you still meet the criteria for APRALO individual membership and wish to continue (criteria: be a member of the APAC-Discuss mailing list, are not a member of an At-Large ALS, reside in the APRALO region).
Please reply to At-Large staff confirming that you still qualify and wish to remain an APRALO Individual Member and if you are interested in the role of Representative, indicating that. Replies should be received by 17 May 2019 at 23:59 UTC.
