1. Re-submitting a motion: ISP, BC, NCUC are supportive thus far of the suggested way forward if 2a is removed; awaiting on responses from other groups.

2.  Beijing Meetings: the SCI meeting on Sunday 07 April 1500-1700 will not be on the public schedule, but will be notified to the SCI list.
