  Javier Rúa-Jovet:i think ALAC has strong consensus on the good things in the ITEMS review and we are also keenly aware of the very bad, non fact based, and really kind of ad hominem and prejudiced proposals.  in that sense that feel good and confident that ALAC will support right things and combat bad things.  Obviously nobody can predict whether we will win or lose, but I think ALAC will fight the right fight
