1. Click in the Comment box (bottom of a page or blog post) to open the window in which you want to attach one or more files.

5. The filename will be auto-inserted in the Link Text box; however, you may change it to a more descriptive title (optional).

If you wish to reference a previously uploaded attachment/image already existing in another Wiki space/page:

1. In the Comment box editor window, click where you want to insert the attachment and type '[' (left bracket) followed by a few characters that will identify the filename. A list of available attachments/images will be displayed. 
2. Click the relevant attachment from the available list.

2. Click Insert > Link in the editor toolbar, and then the Attachments tab. You will see a list of all files available to be linked. Now you can do one of the following:
   
   • Click on the file that you want to link.
   • Enter the Link Text that will appear in your comment. Note: it does not have to be the same as the actual filename.
3. Click Insert to add the link.
