Description
The issues surrounding the WHOIS database have engaged every constituency for a long time and the At-Large community is no exception.For this reason, ALAC has a liaison, Carlton Samuels, to help the community respond to the issues on this question. Join the WHOIS Working Group discussion list and volunteer!ALAC-ccNSO Coordination Working Group was originally established to participate in a joint ALAC-ccNSO project which proposes to establish a database matching At Large Structures (ALSes) and the ccTLD of their country. The ICANN Stakeholder Tool was developed by Dev Anand Teelucksingh which has since been expanded to incorporate Fellows, GAC and a range of other combinations of criteria. The ALAC-ccNSO Coordination Group now coordinate a regular session at ICANN meetings to build a collaborative relationship as well as to generate some mutual understanding of the roles of each other's organisations and to share each others' views on policy issues.
