Introduction
Similiar to the Google Translate for mobile devices app for iOS and Android, Microsoft has a similar free application called Microsoft Translator (formerly Bing Translator) for Windows 8.x, and Windows 10 for desktops/laptops and for Windows Phone available from the Windows Store.
