ALAC Norms/Behaviours
Based on the previous session what are our ALAC norms and behaviours? What are the behaviours that we want ourselves and each other to display so that we can optimize effectiveness?
Some questions we may wish to ask ourselves include:
“How do we manage differences of opinion?” “How do we manage conflict?” “How do we get things done?” “How do we make best decisions?” “How do we behave in meetings?” “How do we give each other feedback?” “How do we communicate with each other, particularly given the remote nature of our group?” “How do we hold each other accountable?”
“How do you intend to hold each other accountable to these team norms going forward?”
Discuss as a group how we can hold each other accountable (15 mins).
One person to collate and circulate. Need to be displayed at all team meetings.
