Many of you have encountered  Malware and  Viruses on your  computers  and it causes  all kinds of problems if you are especially running a  Windows computer

Steps

1. Go to ADD/REMOVE  Programs found in your  Windows Control Panel( if running  Windows)
2. Format a  USB ,  size
3. Download   Linux Operating System on Stick   ADD URL  into  a folder
4. Download  anti-virus and  anti-malware definitions
