- It seems to be a bit over-reaching. We may not want to have all members to declare conflicts of interests all the time. We expect members to update that regularly, but not declare in every single vote, for example. The wording seems a bit over reaching, if it concerns every vote.
- Re conflict of interests, it seems that every community group has some type of rules that are appropriate to what they are doing.
