Description:

Foremost of importance for the RSSAC is that future KSK rollovers be done in a consistent, predictable and deliberate manner. Thus, the RSSAC welcomes this opportunity to comment on subsequent KSK rollovers, and would like to thank IANA for preparing this plan and submitting it for public commentThe RSSAC recommends the ICANN Board commission an initial implementation of the measurement system described in this document to gather operational data and experience from actual monitoring of the RSS. The initial implementation should be designed such that it can transform into the official implementation as described in Recommendation 2 below. The insights learned from the implementation will inform future revisions of this document, if necessary.
