Notes/ Action Items - Ariel circulated draft deck to use in presenting small group outcomes to the full EPDP Team. As no comments were received, this deck will be used for the presentation to the EPDP team during tomorrow’s call.
- Staff drafted “conclusion” slides on objections process based on small group’s deliberations.
- Staff would like confirm the conclusions on String Confusion Objections – essentially that the hybrid model will be used (see slide 86).
- Review of assumptions on Limited Public Interest, Community, and Legal Rights Objections (see slide 87).
- Review of recommendation for Limited Public Interest Objection (see slide 88).
- Review of alternatives for recommendations regarding Community and Legal Rights Objections (see slide 89-90).
- Review of example to illustrate rationale 2 for the alternative recommendation on slide 90 (see slide 91).
- Small team members present on the call confirmed that the slides capture the outcomes of the discussion.
- Leadership will add some slides to the deck to provide context to the full EPDP Team on the different types of objections.
Action Item: Staff to circulate the package on objections to the small group to give everyone a chance to review.
- Suggestion to present the alternatives on slides 89 and 90 on equal footing.
