Decisions Reached:

• Team agreed to the new cadence of 120-minute calls twice-weekly (Wednesday and Friday, to alternate between 11:00 – 13:00 UTC and 21:00 0 23:00 UTC).

Action Items:-

• KC will take a pass at drafting an executive summary for the accountability indicators section of the report for the team’s consideration.

Bernie will include the Q1-4 FY19 graphic into the Accountability indicators document

• Leadership team to work with staff to produce an internal work plan proposal of topics for discussion on team calls.
