I'm the President of ISOC Quebec, an ALS in NARALO. I have served two terms on the ICANN NomCom in 2014 and 2015 as a voting representative of ALAC/NARALO). I would like to put the experience I gained on the ICANN NomCom to the service of the BCEC. I also wnat to share my experience as a manager for the Quebec Governement (30 years) where I frequently assessed candidates for various jobs.
