(1) By this time you have had a chance to review Bird&Bird’s responses. On our call Wednesday (unless we agree earlier via email) we want to agree on the feedback we provide to the entire team regarding this advice. I.e., on the call, we’ll decide what writing will accompany the Bird & Bird response. 

(2) Discussion of additional questions: I wish to continue the discussion of whether city names should / should not be redacted and well as other questions. We need to get these to Bird and Bird as soon as possible.
